Terms & Agreement for Services

SECTION 1: OBLIGATIONS OF THE ADVISORS

1.1 Advisor must have a Google Workspace and add the virtual assistant as a "user" in their account. The advisor must also share necessary files through giving the virtual assistant edit access in their Google Drive.

1.2 Advisor must have a Canva Pro account and add the virtual assistant as a "team member" in their account.

1.3 Advisor must focus on finishing the Onboarding Checklist first. Details will be explained and

discussed through a Zoom meeting. No other tasks should be assign to the virtual assistant during Onboarding.

1.4 Advisor must have a WhatsApp account. All communication between the advisors and the Advisor Marketing

Hub/Better Automate/Rob Sousa team will be done via WhatsApp.


SECTION 2: OBLIGATIONS OF DFY VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

2.1 A WhatsApp channel will be created for the advisor, virtual assistant,and the leadership team. All communication

and written consent must be done in that channel.

2.2 Virtual Assistants are required to give updates and ask for consent when logging the advisor’s

account details on BetterAutomate.

2.3 Virtual Assistants agree to meet via Zoom for account integrations if the advisor wishes to do so.

2.4 Virtual Assistants agree to meet with the advisor via Zoom at least once a week for progress updates, and

provide asnwers to questions, clarifications and for guiding the advisors about BetterAutomate.


SECTION 3: BILLING & HOURLY RATE

3.1 Advisors are billed in advance. Advisor Marketing Hub/Better Automate/Rob Sousa will send an invoice for

the advisor's preliminary bill that will cover the current work week. If we do not receive any feedback from

the advisor within 24 hours, we will automatically process the payment via Stripe using their card on file.

The charge will appear from Better Automate.

3.2 For additional hours and independent projects, an invoice will be sent to the advisor prior to

the virtual assistant starting any work. We will automatically process the payment via Stripe upon completion

of the project/hours.

3.3 Additional hour rate is the same as the virtual assistant’s current rate.

3.4 Last-minute tasks/projects with urgent deadlines will be charged at a higher rate. We will charge the advisor twice

the virtual assistant's hourly rate. An invoice will be sent to the advisor and the payment will be processed via Stripe

upon task/project completion.

3.5 Virtual Assistants’ hourly rates depend on the Better Automate plan that the advisors availed.

SECTION 4: SCOPE OF SERVICES

4.1 Virtual Assistants’ scope of services depend on the plan the advisor signed up for. Please refer to the

image below for the services included per package. Inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 If the advisor wants the virtual assistant to perform a task that is not included in the package

they signed up for:

● If we have a project-based package for the service, we will charge it with the package rate as an

independent project on top of their weekly plan.

● If we don’t have a project-based package for the service, we will require the advisor to add hours and

will charge them the same VA hourly rate they are currently paying. The advisor will be notified as to how

many hours the additional service will take.

4.3 Advisor agrees to focus on the onboarding checklist first before moving up with certain tasks. Virtual

assistants are not allowed to do anything outside onboarding until onboarding is complete.


SECTION 5: CONTRACTED HOURS

5.1 Virtual Assistants may only work on their contract hours a week (10 hours, 20 hours, 30 hours).

5.2 Advisors are notified if the tasks for the week need more hours to be done, and additional hours will be

charged to the advisor.

5.3 If preferred tasks require more hours, virtual assistants must request for an approval from the advisor and

and the VA manager through WhatsApp in advance of any work.


SECTION 6: CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

6.1. If advisors want to cancel any Better Automate software subscription or any other affiliated software you must send an email to rob@amhsupport.com 30-days in advance. We pay 30 days in advance for all enterprise / white labeled software services.


6.2.

If advisors want to cancel VA (Virtual Assistant Services, you must send an email to rob@amhsupport.com 2-weeks in advance so that we reassign your virtual assistant to another advisor.

SECTION 7: RESTRICTIONS

7.1. Interpretations and Amendments. Advisor Marketing Hub reserves the right to interpret or amend these

regulations, as it deems proper to ensure the integrity of the advisors and virtual assistant’s activity, without

the need of prior notice.


SECTION 8: BINDING AGREEMENT; ASSIGNMENTS

8.1. This agreement is binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and assigns. The advisors shall

not assign, pledge, or transfer any of its rights and obligations under this agreement.


SECTION 9: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

9.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto

with respect to the subject matter of the agreement and supersedes any and all other agreements,

written or oral, that the parties heretofore may have had with respect to the subject matter herein.


SECTION 10: SEVERABILITY

10.1. In the sessions any provision of this agreement (or portion thereof) is determined by a court of

competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed

to have been deleted from this agreement, while the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force

and effect according to its terms.


SECTION 11: NO WAIVER

11.1. Failure by either party to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this agreement shall not be

construed as a waiver by such party of any such provisions nor in any way affect the validity of this agreement

or any provision hereof.


SECTION 12: TRANSACTIONS

12.1. All transactions made between advisors and Advisor Marketing Hub shall be acknowledged through

acknowledgement receipts and invoices. All receipts will have two (2) copies. A copy shall be provided for

advisors which will be called the Original Receipt (OR). The remaining copy will be Advisor Marketing

Hub’s copy for acknowledgment and for accounting.
