The Onboarding Process
The onboarding process will ensure that everything is properly set up in your Better Automate account for a seamless experience in rolling out campaigns in the future. You may do the onboarding process yourself by watching video tutorials or hire a dedicated virtual assistant from us.
Save time and hire one of our dedicated virtual assistants. We will complete the onboarding process for you in 40 hours.
Onboarding FastTrack
Set Up Fee: $497
Includes ALL Onboarding Tasks
All other tasks will be considered "add-ons" and will be charged as a project-based service

ADVISOR'S REQUIREMENTS
Provide all content (email, website, etc.)
Test all of the VAs' works
Give a final written approval before launching anything - this needs to be sent on the WhatsApp channel
Give us a 2-week notice for any campaign requests
Give us a 30-day notice for VA Services cancellation
Read and agree to the Advisor-VA Terms of Service Agreement
Reminders:
***Follow-up campaigns are NOT included. These are considered as a NEW and SEPARATE campaign.
***You can swap out a marketing campaign for the equivalent of website pages.
**Signing-up for a VA service package has a 30-day lock-in period.
You cannot downgrade your plan within 30 days from signing-up.
Rates Per Hour
The virtual assistant's rate per hour depends on your Better Automate plan.
